Our Mission

French Hospital Medical Center Foundation is committed to supporting the charitable and community health care mission of French Hospital Medical Center (FHMC) through fundraising and relationship building. The Foundation solicits philanthropic gifts, provides stewardship of these gifts, and grants funds to the hospital to advance the community's access to health care.

Our Board of Directors

The Foundation consists of a 20 member volunteer Board of Directors. These directors represent our community and business leaders, medical staff, and hospital leadership.

Why Support Our Good Work?

FHMC is a not-for-profit health care provider that receives a majority of its funding through patient care. The hospital seeks private gift support in order to meet community health care needs beyond basic operating expenses. Support through charitable giving helps to provide for new facilities and equipment, new programs and services, health education and community outreach, and charity care.

French Hospital Medical Center (FHMC) Foundation is a non-profit corporation as provided under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions are tax deductible in accordance with state and federal regulations .
