Share the Hope 2022: COVID-19 Safety Information & Requirements
The safety of our guests and community is our top priority. In addition to following all CDC recommended guidelines, French Hospital will be requiring the following of our guests, staff and vendors in order to provide a safe evening.
1. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination, including booster, required to attend.
Upon arrival to the event, all guests will provide a valid ID and vaccination card or photo of a vaccination card indicating that guest received (A) two doses of the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine and one booster or (B) one Johnson and Johnson vaccine and one booster. Inability to provide proof of vaccination and booster will result in non-entry to the event. Please note that booster requirement will be waived if the guest is not eligible for a booster because their final dose of the vaccine was received within 5 months of event date (after November 2, 2021).
2. Social distancing is recommended whenever possible.
3. If a guest is experiencing any of the following symptoms on the day of the event, April 2, please do not attend. The Foundation will gladly refund registration fees for any guest or guests unable to attend due to exposure or symptoms.
- Fever or chills
- Cough
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Fatigue
- Muscle or body aches
- Headache
- New loss of taste or smell
- Sore throat
- Congestion or runny nose
- Nausea or vomiting
- Diarrhea
For your safety, we will also be implementing the below safety measures:
- A dedicated sanitation process will be in place to constantly sanitize common surfaces
- Efforts to enhance air flow will be taken
- The number of guests will be limited to 150 people to enable distancing
Please note that these requirements are subject to change. All guests will be notified of any changes prior to the event.
